All this was explained by the company Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Juan Velayos at a press conference where he detailed the new attractive residential developments the firm will present between October 19^th and 23^th at the Barcelona Meeting Point 20^th edition, that will be celebrated at Fira de Barcelona, pavilion number 8.

         As he explained, Neinor Homes has exceeded €500 million in sales from January to September 2016. This quantity triples the one registered in the same period of 2015 and includes new development products, finished products and Kutxabank ‘servicing’.

          “Sales are occurring faster than we expected”, admit the Company CEO. “Neinor Homes has already 22 housing developments with cranes installed all around the country. In the next months, we plan to add 10-12 more new projets, about 2.000 houses altogether”, he emphasized.

          The firm has also residential developments in Madrid, the Basque Country and Andalusia, but it is in Catalonia where it develops the biggest part of its works. Eleven housing complex with 843 apartments in all, the 55% of whom (about €150 million) have been presold.

           This quantity involves the half of the country present presales. Nowadays, Neinor Homes commercializes 32 residential developments, with 1.998 apartments as a result.  Next year the company expect to achieve 38 projects, with 2.213 houses in all.

            In Catalonia, Neinor Homes is working in the construction of 450 houses and they plan to launch 400 more before the end of the year. These nine housing complex, located at Barcelona, Badalona, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Sant Adrià de Besòs, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Sant Just Desvern y Sitges will be present to the public at the Barcelona Meeting Point 2016.
