Neinor Next will officially kick off on Tuesday 30^th January with #NeinorNextStartupDay, an event in which The Company will present this pioneering initiative that has launched together with Barrabes.

This event aims to be a meeting point for professionals coming from tech companies and experts interested in applying the latest and most disruptive technologies to residential real estate. The agenda will include presentations, workshops, interviews, panel discussions and a round of pitches presented by those start-ups interested in being part of the initiative.

Neinor Next is an initiative launched by Neinor Homes in collaboration with Barrabes and aspires to establish a nexus between the residential development and the most innovative technologies such as blockchain and the latest breakthroughs in materials and energy efficiency to apply them in the development of the houses of the 21^st century.

The most disruptive ideas will have a pilot-test at Neinor Homes

Through this cutting-edge initiative, entrepreneurs participating in Neinor Next will work hand-on-hand for 3 to 6 months with experts to push their projects forward. The most noteworthy solutions will get the chance to conduct a pilot programme directly with Neinor Homes.

Some of the challenges that will face the companies participating in the initiative include designing new technical tools to boost product profitability, generating ideas to make the sector more transparent, and developing mechanisms that can anticipate the market, identifying clients and their needs on advance.
