Neinor Homes has begun the marketing of a 'unique' residential project in Madrid capital. This project, which is part of a joint venture with global leader in alternative investments, AXA M Alts, has the design seal of the prestigious Cano & Escario Architectural Studio, a benchmark in Madrid architecture..

Located next to Puerta de Hierro, in the Peñagrande neighborhood, Fuencarral-El Pardo district, Panoramic Homes is part of the project promoted by the Compensation Board, Referred Planning Area (APR) 08.02 “Joaquín Lorenzo”. One of the most ambitious objectives of urban development has been the urban regeneration of the area, solving in turn a major mobility problem that has been one of the historical demands of the residents of the neighborhood and nearby areas.

In this sense, the development of the area and the future completion of the urbanization works will allow the consolidation of the urban fabric, making possible, among many other improvements, the opening of a road that provides direct access to the M-30, in addition to the creation of two large green areas of more than 25,000 m² in which 500 trees will be planted. In this way, the existing green areas in the adjacent areas of Miguel Aracil and Cantalejo (Arroyo de la Veguilla park) will be connected. The complex will constitute a linear park one kilometer long and 72,000 m2 in surface area that will act as a transition area between the residential area of Peñagrande and the M-30. In addition, it will have an endowment space that will be transferred to the City Council.

For its development,the Panoramic Homes project has two plots (Plots R-2B and R-3) with a maximum of 18,965 m² of buildable free-standing housing.

Panoramic Homes is a promotion of exclusive new construction homes, with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, in two emblematic 17-story high towers and avant-garde design, with extraordinary views of the city. In total it will have a total of 240 homes, ground floors with private gardens and penthouses with impressive terraces, all with a garage and storage room. The residential complex will also have premium common areas, including a gourmet room, swimming pool and children's play area.

All of this in a privileged location, in the northeast area of Madrid, next to Puerta de Hierro; a location surrounded by green spaces and commercial and healthcare services of all kinds, with all the advantages of an expanding residential area and just 15 minutes from the city center.
