Borja Garcia-Egotxeaga Vergara (Chief Executive Officer)

Borja has extensive experience in the field of residential development, project management in real estate and industrial sector and strategic business planning.

In June 2016 he joined Neinor Homes as Technical Director of the Northern area, from the developer company Construcciones Gerrikabeitia where he carried out technical management and construction tasks for the group's developments, urban management, land acquisition and sale, planning and general business supervision.

Previously, during his first professional stage he was linked to the industrial world in the company Befesa Zinc part of Abengoa Group, where he led the continuous improvement of processes and the environmental situation of the company as Deputy Production and Technical Director, also being responsible for external relations, various management systems and benchmarking with other group factories distributed throughout Europe.

He has also been member of the board of directors of companies such as Abengoa, Sondika Zinc and Zindes and collaborator of Aclima and Eurometaux based in Brussels.

After graduating from a High School in the USA, Borja studied Industrial Engineering at the Higher School of Industrial Engineers of Bilbao and holds a master's degree in Business Administration INSIDE from the University of Deusto.

Jordi Argemí García (Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer)

Jordi has almost 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance and 10 years in the Real Estate Sector.

Jordi joined Neinor Homes in 2015 as CFO and was promoted to Deputy CEO in 2019.

During this time, Jordi has led the closing of M&A deals such as co-investment vehicles (c.300m) in 2023, the acquisition of the listed company Quabit (GAV of c 450 m) in 2021 and of the rental operating company Renta Garantizada in 2020, and the IPO in 2017 (NAV of 1,300m), being the largest IPO in the history of a residential developer in Europe.

In addition, Jordi has also financed more than € 3,500m in different structures: 300m first time bond issuance, 1,200m of recap, bridge and corporate loans, and land and capex financing for more than 2,500m.

Prior to joining Neinor Homes, Jordi was Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance department (M&A and Debt) of PwC. During his 7 years at PwC, he advised on more than 30 deals with a total value exceeding €4,000m. Among the most relevant real estate transactions are the acquisition of Neinor Homes from Kutxabank, the acquisition of Aliseda and the acquisition of Eurohypo.

Prior to joining PwC, Jordi worked in the Corporate Banking department at Barclays.

Jordi holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from ESADE / Warwick Business School.

Jorge Pepa (Chief Development Officer)

Mr. Pepa served as Director of 1810 Capital Investments S.L., a Spanish based entity dedicated to Real Estate and Special Situations Investments, up until joining the Company as an Executive Vice President. He has over 16 years of investment banking experience. He recently worked as Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank in New York, running the Latin America Private Financing Division. He previously served as Vice President at Credit Suisse, New York, where he led the Latin America Client Coverage Team. Prior to this, Mr. Pepa worked in the Emerging Markets Division at Deutsche Bank, New York. Mr. Pepa has a Business Degree from Universidad de San Andrés in Buenos Aires.

Mario Lapiedra Vivanco (Chief Investment Officer)

Mario has over 15 years of experience in the real estate, both in the investment and in the asset management segment. Before joining Neinor Homes as Chief Investment Officer, where he leads the Investment and Commercial areas, Mario managed Lone Star's operations in Spain and Portugal for four years as Head of Underwriting and Asset Management at Hudson Advisors. During this period, Mario was involved in transactions in excess of EUR 5.5 billion, including Octopus and Lion. Prior to Hudson Advisors, Mario was Head of Valuations at Knight Frank for a period of 6 years.

Mario holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds a Master in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University. Furthermore, Mario combined his studies with a professional basketball career.

Gabriel Sánchez Cassinello (Chief Business Officer)

Gabriel has circa 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. Prior to joining Neinor Homes in April 2015 as Chief Business Officer, he worked 5 years at PwC transactions, where he was involved in refinancings, valuations, strategic analysis and NPLs in the real estate sector worth over €4,300M. Prior to PwC, Gabriel worked in the Land Development and Management department of Reyal Urbis as Global Coordinator.

Gabriel holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and an MBA from IE Business School, as well as a Master in Real Estate Management from the Centro Superior de Edificación. Gabriel has been teaching since 2015 in the Real Estate Degree at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

Fernando Hernanz de Dueñas (Chief Operating Officer)

Fernando has an extensive professional career on the residential sector. He has been part of the Neinor Homes team since May 2015, when he joined the team as Head of Contracts and Acquisitions inside the operations department.

Before joining Neinor Homes, Fernando was Head of Acquisitions in Contrucciones MS for 16 years, as responsible of strategy and management of the acquisitions for the company at a global level. He has also held responsibility positions in companies like Fundación Laboral de la Construcción.

He is a Technical Engineer on Public works by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and completed his formation with an Executive MBA at Instituto de Empresa (IE). He has been a teacher in Escuela de Ingenieros de la Edificación at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

Álvaro Conde Herranz (Governance, Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit and ESG Director)

Álvaro joined Neinor Homes in 2015 as Head of Compliance and has been promoted to currently manage the areas of Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability.

Prior to joining Neinor Homes, he was Associate Director of Internal Audit, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) at EY and KPMG. He has also been Head of Internal Audit at Quabit Inmobiliaria and worked for 8 years at Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte) as an external auditor specialising in the real estate and construction sector.

Álvaro has been a lecturer at the University of Deusto on the Law School's Compliance Officer specialisation course since 2019. As an expert in Money Laundering Prevention, he provides training in this area to different companies, and has been an instructor on Strategy and Fraud Prevention for IGAE inspectors at the Court of Audit. For 3 years he taught the External Audit Course to new team leaders at Deloitte, being named Best Instructor in Spain every year. Likewise, in 2018 he was nominated as Compliance Officer of the year in the 1st edition of the Expansión Compliance Awards.

He is also a regular speaker on best practices in GRC, Internal Audit, Prevention of Money Laundering and Sustainability in the Big Four, in private and public institutions, and in business schools, as well as a contributor to various publications.

Álvaro holds a degree in Business Administration "Cum Laude", with a double major in Finance and Auditing, from the Complutense University of Madrid, and completed his training with the IEB's Financial Model Construction and Analysis Programme. He holds the COSO Internal Control Accreditation from the IAI (Instituto Auditores Internos) and the Advanced Certificate in Regulatory Compliance "with distinction" from the ICA (International Compliance Association).

David Hernández (Chief Legal Officer and Vicesecretary of the Board of Directors)

David has 20 years of experience in the legal sector. Before joining Neinor Homes as Chief Legal Officer, David was Of Counsel at the M&A department in Madrid of the US firm Jones Day.

During his almost 10 years at Jones Day, David advised national and international companies and financial investors in a wide range of sectors, particularly in the context of cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate governance matters. Prior to Jones Day, David worked at Cuatrecasas and DLA Piper and as in-house lawyer of a financial group.

David holds a Law Degree from the University of Navarra and a LLM from IE Business School.

José Cravo (Chief Investor Relations Officer)

José is the head of the Investor Relations area, after joining the company in September 2020.

With an extensive experience in the investment banking field, before joining Neinor Homes he led the real estate analysis team within Banco Santander, as well as previously he worked at Haitong Bank, for the group companies in this same sector for both Spain and Portugal.

José has a degree in Economics from the Portuguese University Nova SBE and completed his training with a Master's degree in Finance from the Portuguese Catholic University.

Joaquín Joven Martínez (Corporate Director)

Joaquín has over 35 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Leadership in various sectors, including Real Estate Development, Construction, Industrial, Services, Mining and Fishing, among others.

Before joining Neinor Homes in June 2021 as Corporate Director, Joaquín held the position of Corporate Organization and HR Director at Quabit Inmobiliaria for 14 years, and previously at Grupo Rayet.

Previously, he served as Corporate HR Director at Grupo Calvo, Industrial Relations and HR Manager at Asturiana de Zinc, and HR Manager at Grupo Elosúa-Carbonell, among others.

Joaquín holds a Degree in Business Sciences from the University of León and a Master's Degree in Personnel and Human Resources Management from thec CDR in Madrid.
