Neinor Homes will be present in the 11th edition of the "Salon Inmobiliario de Viviendas y Decoracion de Euskadi, SIE, Home 2017", that will occur between the 10th and 12th of November at the Palacio Euskalduna, in Bilbao. It is a landmark event for the sector in the Basque Country, with a surface of over 2,000 sqm, with high participation of local developers and end-buyers attendance since its launching.

The Company will present a total of 4 developments in the region: Leioandi Homes and Torresolo in Leioa, Astrabudua Homes in Erandio, and Abra Homes in Santurtzi, all of them in the Biskaia province. Additionally, the Company will offer a preview into 3 immediate launches: Bolueta Homes in Bilbao, Urban Homes II and Natura Homes I. 

The last two sites are located in Urduliz, Biskaia, and are part of "Ciudad Urduliz", an exclusive project that Neinor Homes is developing in Urduliz representing a new, modern and dynamic city concept catering different target customers.

All the sites taken to SIE Home Euskadi 2017 are residential developments of modern design, offering different typologies of units and attractive common areas. Additionally, the design includes sustainability criteria, with energy-saving mechanisms, and is environmentally friendly.
