Neinor Homes has acquired to Meridia Capital one land plot suitable for the development of 96 residential units and several commercial units. The asset has 3,418 sqm and 15,027 buildable sqm and is located in Antoni Ferrandis street, in the Quatre Careres district, surrounded by the City of Arts and Sciences, the City of Justice and by El Saler shopping center.

The deal has been advised by BNP Real Estate.

The developer started operating in Valencia a few months ago and has other land plots in Malilla and Benicalap districts.
