Highlights of H1 2019 results

Focused on execution through solid performance in our core business:

• Deliveries: 379 notarized units, €136.1m development revenues
• Development Activity: 1,600+ WIP starts with 800+ licenses obtained.
• Pre-Sales Activity: Orderbook of 2,966u (c.€975m) with 702 units sold during H1 and coverage of future deliveries in line with BP expectations:
• 2019 Deliveries: 90%
• 2020 Deliveries: 55%
• 2021 Deliveries: 30%
• Margin Protection: gross margin in H1 of 29%+, expected gross margin for 2019FY of 28%
• Main Financials:

1. €162m revenues with €26m EBITDA Adjusted (c.40% of yearly target)
2. €1.2bn inventory and €274m Net Debt (€346m Adjusted Net Debt).
