Neinor strengthens its commitment to Málaga with 446 new homes.

Neinor Homes will invest 229 million euros in Málaga and starts the commercialization of its new projects: Botanik Homes in Málaga Capital, Santa Clara Homes in Marbella, and Bayside in Estepona, as well as the delivery of Artola Homes II in Marbella and Atria and Serena Homes III

Neinor Homes strengthens its commitment to Málaga as one of the key regions in its Strategic Plan with the launch of 446 homes in 2023 and a portfolio of 816 homes in commercialization. If we analyze the data collected over the past five years, Neinor has delivered a total of 1,614 homes, with notable figures in cities such as Málaga (1,026 homes), Marbella (177 homes), Estepona (291 homes), and Benahavis (120 homes).

The planned investment by the company in the next three years in the province of Málaga, Andalusia, will amount to 229 million euros, generating a total of 490 direct jobs and 735 indirect jobs.

Among the most recent developments, Neinor Homes has announced the start of commercialization of its new projects: Botanik Homes in the city of Málaga, Santa Clara Homes in Marbella, and Bayside Homes in Estepona. Additionally, in June, the residential developer will deliver Artola Homes II, one of its most exclusive developments in Marbella, and the Atria and Serena Homes III projects in Málaga. With these new developments, the company aims to meet the needs of both national and international buyers interested in acquiring a property on the Costa del Sol.

According to the Spanish National Institute of Statistics (INE), Málaga has experienced an 8% growth in its foreign population over the past two years. Similarly, there has been an increase in the demand for second homes by foreign clients. The implementation of remote work after the pandemic has led to an increase in migration to areas with better living conditions, making Málaga a reference destination. Additionally, the region offers a wide range of gastronomy, culture, and leisure, as well as quality healthcare and education services.

Specifically, Neinor Homes strengthens its commitment to the city of Málaga with the delivery of the last phase of Serena Homes and the Atria Homes residential developments, in addition to the start of the commercialization of Botanik Homes. The company will invest over 50 million euros in Botanik Homes, a development of 193 homes with up to 4 bedrooms located in the revitalization area of Los Guindos.

On the other hand, Atria Homes, located in the Cañaveral neighborhood, will feature 30 single-family homes and a communal pool. Likewise, Serena Homes, located in the attractive neighborhood of Colinas de Limonar, will have 179 homes and a variety of communal areas such as beach-type pools, aquatic playgrounds, and a versatile gourmet room integrated into over 20,000 square meters of green spaces.

Furthermore, the company consolidates its position in the city of Marbella with the start of delivery of its Artola II, next to the Cabopino Golf Marbella course and with stunning sea views. Also noteworthy is the start of the commercialization of its exclusive residential project of 104 homes, Santa Clara Homes, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella, right by the Santa Clara golf course. Both developments feature communal pools, private gyms, spas, and extensive landscaped areas.

Neinor Homes has also invested in Arroyo Enmedio, a highly developed area in Estepona, where it has announced the start of commercialization of Bayside Homes, a residential complex of 41 homes with landscaped spaces, a gym, and a pool.
