The 'XIX Open de Golf Amateur Ciudad de Córdoba «Copa Albolafia»', which will take place in Cordoba (Spain) on 6th and 7th May, is being sponsored by Neinor Homes. Rated as the most important golf event in the city, it brings together renowned players and golf enthusiasts from across the country.

The first edition of the tournament was held in 1999 with the intention of establishing a top-tier golf event in the province of Cordoba. Since then, the tournament has become extremely popular and has increasingly gained traction and prestige both in the city and across the province.

According to the organisers, all club members, VIP guests and players from other clubs may take part. Participation is restricted to 120 players over the age of 18, with a national handicap, and players under 18 with up to a 26.4 handicap in official categories.

The prize-giving ceremony and subsequent cocktail party will take place on Sunday 7th May. The winner will receive a replica of the trophy (the Albolafia Cup), as well as golf equipment. The two runners up will also be awarded golf equipment.
