The company has acquired a total of 23,262 sqm of land in the area.
Neinor Homes is branching out its residential development activity to the Region of Valencia with the acquisition of three plots of land totalling 23,262 sqm, where 208 new build homes are set to be developed.
The company expects to reach a rate of construction of 500 annual units in the region as a whole.
Two of the three residential schemes in the Levante area will be developed in the city of Valencia, with the remaining one being developed in Playa San Juan (Alicante). Specifically, the first two developments – totalling 54 homes – will be located in the Malilla area, whilst the Playa San Juan scheme, which will be called San Juan Homes, will be located just minutes from the sea and will feature 154 homes.
In the words of Neinor Homes' CEO at a press conference, the company is entering the Valencia market because of its desire to expand its activity to areas where the residential property segment is bouncing back strongly.
In this regard, the company is clearly committed to the Levante area and its great potential. "We believe that a company that strives to lead the Spanish property development sector must be present in a market like that of Valencia, and do its share, along with local companies, to boost sector recovery," said the executive.
Neinor Homes' CEO further declared that the company's strategy to be present in the Region of Valencia is aimed at bringing its experience to bear in the market and becoming a benchmark, thereby contributing to the sector's ongoing transformation and modernisation.
The company has appointed Augusto Monte to head the Levante team. He is a reputed professional with a strong track record within the sector, both at a regional and domestic level, who – in the CEO's words – "will help consolidate Neinor Homes' presence in Valencia."
