Neinor Homes has been recognized by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR) for its commitment to quality, sustainability and research by renewing its Quality Management (ISO 9001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001) and R&D&I Management (UNE 166002) certificates. With this, Neinor consolidates its position as the first national developer to obtain and maintain these certifications, as a guarantee of its commitment and constant improvement in the three areas.

Obtaining the certificates demonstrates not only a high level of compliance with regulations, but also an exemplary business model and philosophy of the developer. Neinor Homes has maintained an Integrated Quality, Environmental and Innovation Management System since 2016, focused on continuous improvement and the transformation of the Spanish real estate sector.

The first certificate renewed by Neinor Homes is the Quality Management certificate (IS0 9001), which focuses on customer satisfaction and the main stakeholders, thanks to the increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes through their systematization, control and continuous improvement.

AENOR has also awarded Neinor Homes the certificate for Environmental Management (ISO 14001), for promoting environmental protection through the design of sustainable and energy-efficient buildings, as well as for its application in the company's offices. In this aspect, Neinor Homes' commitment to the BREEAM seal stands out, with a total of 133 certified developments and 15 in the process of certification by the end of 2022, equivalent to more than 8,000 certified homes and more than 1,200 in the process, making the developer a leader in the sector.

Finally, the UNE 166002 certificate accredits R&D&I Management, through the improvement of the product, internal processes and customer experience, generating new ideas that are incorporated into the value chain.
